Gazprom
The Russian gas concern GAZPROM is the main owner of the Kaunas Heat and Power Plant (KHPP) and has 99.5 per cent of KHPP shares. GAZPROM is the biggest supplier of natural gas in the world. It extracts gas in Russia and supplies it to almost all countries of Middle and East Europe. GAZPROM also owns the longest gaspipe network in the world stretching out for 150 thousand kilometers. The Russian concern was established in 1989 and employs more than 436 thousand workers.
Kauno energija
The stock company AB KAUNO ENERGIJA is the main supplier of heat and steam for the Kaunas city and district of Jurbarkas. The Kaunas Heat and Power Plant, upon signature of the contract with KAUNO ENERGIJA in 2003, committed itself to supply heat to the latter. KAUNO ENERGIJA is a member to the Lithuanian Heat Suppliers Association, Lithuanian Electric Energetics Association and Kaunas Land Industrialists and Employers Association.
Lietuvos energija
The stock company AB LIETUVOS ENERGIJA is a secondary company of the national investor LEO LT. It supervises and develops the electric power transfer network, as well as ensures the power production / consumption balance and electric energy transfer from the Lithuanian power plants to the companies of distributing networks and coordinates the work of the Lithuanian energetic system. Together with the neighboring energetic enterprises, LIETUVOS ENERGIJA organizes trade in electric power, i.e. ensures its export, import and transit. The transfer system controlled by LIETUVOS ENERGIJA is connected to the networks of Latvia, Byelorussia and Kaliningrad oblast of Russia.
Lietuvos dujos
The stock company AB LIETUVOS DUJOS imports and distributes natural gas. The company ensures the development of gas market, as well as renders services related to consumption of natural gas. LIETUVOS DUJOS, as a stock company, is registered in 1995. The company took over and continues the business of natural gas since 1961.
VST
The stock company AB VST is an enterprise for distribution and supply of electric power. It distributes and supplies electric energy in the territory of West Lithuania (the regions of Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai). This area is inhabited by more than half population of Lithuania. Most electric power distributed and supplied by VST is purchased by industrial enterprises, and the remainder is consumed by inhabitants, commercial enterprises and budget organizations.
Energy Systems Service
The private company UAB ENERGY SYSTEMS SERVICE operates one of the biggest heat and power plants in Lithuania. i.e. the Kaunas Heat and Power Plant. The main activities of the company is to render services of management to the energetic objects (electric power plants, electric power distributing units) ensuring reliable production of electric power and heat of quality, economical use of equipment and energy resources, as well as appropriate technological control of equipment. Since July, 2006 the ENERGY SYSTEMS SERVICE together with the Kaunas Heat and Power Plant started operating the Petrašiūnai Power Plant. That enabled to increase the volumes of heat production for the city.

UAB AVENIRE is one of the public relations agencies demonstrating rapid growth over the recent years. Currently, AVENIRE provides integrated communication services to more than 30 Lithuanian and foreign companies, Kaunas Heat and Power Plant among them. The package of services, offered by the Agency, covers creation and implementation of corporate communication strategies and tactics, crisis management and preventions, media contacts, training, etc.
